Gaza, 07/02/2015 --- “Youth’ Look” team opened the events of activist youth forum week in Press House–Palestine, in the presence of a large number of media students and graduates.
Belal Jadallah, the head of Press House, welcomed the guests and praised the role of “Youth’ look” media group in enhancing the capabilities of young journalists. Jadallah ensured the Press House’ continuous support to young media groups and providing them with all the required facilities.
The journalist “Ghassan Redwan”, representative of the ministry of information, in a gratitude word praised the efforts of the team and the Press House for giving attention to fresh journalists and providing them with opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
The journalist “Raji Al-Hams” was the guest of honor for the first day of the week; to talk about his work experience in TV and Radio presenting.
The meeting included discussions with the fresh journalists, asking questions about TV and Radio presenting, and exchanging media expertise.
The “activist youth forum” activities will continue for six days. The second day will be about new media in the presence of Dr. Wael Abd Elal and Khaled Safi, the third day will include raising safety awareness in using social media in the presence of the security expert, Islam Shahwan, while the subject of social media will be covered by the journalist Ismael Thwabta in the fourth day, the fifth day will host Al-Jazeera correspondent Tamer Al-Meshal to talk about covering special missions.
The event will be concluded with distributing certificates among participants in the presence of the head of government information office “Ihab Al-Ghussein” and the head of Press House “Belal Jadallah”.
