Press House – Palestine is an independent, non-profit media organization established in 2013. It is dedicated to promoting freedom of opinion and expression, supporting independent media, and providing legal protection for journalists in Palestine.
Position Details
Location: Gaza Strip
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Implementation
Develop detailed project work plans in coordination with donors.
Oversee the execution of project activities in line with approved timelines and budgets.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Develop and implement M&E tools.
Track project indicators and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare baseline and end-line reports to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with donor requirements.
3. Coordination & Networking
Liaise with partners, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Represent the organization in relevant meetings and coordination forums.
4. Reporting
Prepare and update comprehensive reports (narrative, technical, and financial).
Submit reports in both Arabic and English (monthly, quarterly, and final) to management and donors.
5. Financial Management
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with approved financial procedures and cost-efficiency standards.
6. Archiving & Documentation
Maintain organized physical and electronic records of all project documentation.
Support media and communication outputs related to project activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Media, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project coordination or implementation, preferably within NGOs or media organizations.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of PMP methodologies and M&E processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
