Gaza / Press House- Palestine hosted on Thursday a youth exhibition named “Bead and Thread Initiative”. This initiative is administered by a group of young people in coordination with Family Planning Association, where the work of cancer patients and people with disabilities can be presented to the public.
The exhibition witnessed a significant presence from all segments of Palestinian society, in addition to various local media agencies.
In his turn, Mr. Belal Jadallah, head of Press House, welcomed the initiative, confirming the organization’s social role in supporting various community segments. He added that Press House works with everybody to serve those creative professional segments.
For her Part, Ghadeer Mansour, initiative coordinator, said that the main objective is to communicate the idea to all organizations and media outlets and to highlight the important role cancer patients and people with disabilities play within the society.
Mansour thanked Press House for responding to her call and giving her the chance to hold the exhibition at its main headquarters. She also praised the facilitations provided by Press House that contributed to the success of the initiative.
