The Press House – Palestine concluded on Tuesday a training course titled “Creative Writing for Digital Platforms”, with the participation of 20 journalists from across the Gaza Strip. The program was supported by UNESCO.

Held in Gaza City, the training spanned seven consecutive days, totaling 35 instructional hours, and was led by journalist and media trainer Fadi Al-Hassani.

The course covered a range of key topics, including the fundamentals of digital creative writing, the differences between traditional and digital writing, the elements of engaging content, and writing for online audiences. It also addressed the importance of legal awareness when working with digital media.

Participants learned how to analyze data from digital platforms to better understand audience behavior, utilize artificial intelligence tools to generate ideas and enhance content quality, master storytelling techniques, and adapt narratives for various digital and social media platforms.

At the end of the course, participants completed a practical project, producing creative digital content that served as a comprehensive application of the skills they acquired throughout the training.
