On Sunday, June 25, 2023, Press House - Palestine concluded the third training on “Digital Media and Issues of People with Disabilities", as a part of the activities of "Enhance Digital Media Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups in Palestine" project, in partnership with the Representative Office of Federal Republic of Germany- Ramallah.
The training was presented by Mohammed Abu Kmail, an advocate for the issues of people with disabilities, as he reviewed sensitive terms when dealing with people with disabilities, the definition of the term disability in legal and international frameworks, digital exclusion of people with disabilities, and the role of digital media in reducing their isolation.
The project includes a training program on several topics with participation of (20) graduates from media faculties in the Gaza Strip.
