In January 2023, Press House – Palestine launched a media campaign to promote comprehensive legal protection for journalists on the topic "Towards Comprehensive Legal Protection for Journalists".
The media campaign included the publication of billboards in the Gaza Strip. The goal behind this media campaign is raising awareness of the importance of legal protection for journalists and the need to provide a suitable environment for journalists to enjoy their rights, especially in light of the principles established by Article 19 of the Palestinian Basic Law, which states that "everyone has the right to express his opinion and publish it by word, writing or other means of expression or art, taking into account the provisions of the law".
