The Red Carpet Film Festival's Preparatory Committee announced on Sunday, 25/11/2018 the launch of the "Red Carpet" film festival in Gaza Strip and the West Bank with the participation of 50 international, Arab and local films.
"For the fourth year in a row, Gaza has decided to stand with its creative vision of self-expression and its sense of life," said Saeed Al-Sawirki, a member of the festival's preparatory committee, at a conference held by Press House in Gaza City.
He added that the Red Carpet Festival will carry the name "Enough" this year which stands for the Palestinian people who have been deprived of the human right to live freely.
A member of the Preparatory Committee noted that the festival will be held this year in Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and the films will also be screened in Libya, Tunisia and Morocco.
The Red Carpet Festival that will be launched this year is funded by A. M. Qattan Foundation, in partnership with Karama Festival, Anhar Network in Jordan, Valuable Film Foundation " Poland", a group of local companies, Gaza Center for Culture and Arts, Skills Company, New Seen Company, Ain Media Company, and Inc. Company with the sponsorship of Felix Company.
