Gaza, 05/04/2017--- Press House concluded a visual storytelling project with announcing the winner of the best story, which has been selected as outputs of the course implemented on February that targeted 15 male and female photographers of media field.
During the meeting, Belal Jadallah, Chairman of Press House, praised the efforts devoted by the trainees including creating a professional visual storytelling and promised them that the organization will continue supporting the photographers through providing future long-period activities.
In his turn, Nomaan Ishtewy, Head of PA IMAGE Agency and the mentor for the trainees, confirmed that the selection process wasn’t easy at all since the projects are competitive, which reflects the extent of benefit they got from the course and how they got more skilled.
He added that the selection process was done with the assistance of a special committee that comprises a number of well-experienced photographers.
In his turn, Yasser Qdeih, one of the jury member, said that the outputs of the projects are considered a positive indicator for the project success, since each project reflects profession of taking photos.
The trainees thanked the Press House for such a unique project, which gave them a golden opportunity to learn and extends their horizons towards photography field.
At the end of the meeting, the winner has been awarded the prize of the best project.
