Gaza, 23/02/2017--- Press House-Palestine concluded a training course entitled “ Editing Arts& Writing News Objectively”, which targeted 32 male and female journalists within Promoting Objective Media 2 Project, funded by Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Foundation.
The four-day course, which was in a total of 20 hours, was led by the journalist ashraf Khsewan.
The training course covered many topics including objective media concepts, effective journalistic writing, editing news arts, journalistic writing samples, and TV writing.
The course also included broadcast writing and other topics in regard with the objectivity of media, where two journalists were hosted in the course to talk about their experiences, including Mr. Hamza Mushtaha, the Head of News and Editing of Jerusalem Channel- and Mr. Osama Radi, Correspondent for Chinkho Chinese Agency.
Moreover, a practical side of training on Media coverage was covered during the course, where Mrs. Suhair Zaqout, the spokeswoman of ICRC, was hosted. The participants asked her many question aiming to write a journalistic news.
