Gaza/ 22/5/2016--- Maamoun Abu-Shahla, the minister of Palestinian labor held a conference at the headquarter of Press House in the presence of a pile of Palestinian journalists.
Abu Shala said that his ministry has started to implement the first stage of hiring 10,000 people during 2016 for 6 months, trying to decrease the number of unemployed people in the Gaza Strip.
He added that the project aims at promoting the youth of both gender and providing them with skills, knowledge and experience that are necessary for the market labor.
The minister Abu-Shahla explained that the first stage of the project offers 4000 job opportunities, fairly distributed among 2000 graduates and 2000 other workers, in health, education, municipal sectors as well as in economic installations affected by the last aggression against the Gaza Strip.
