Gaza, 5/11/2015--- In cooperation with Palestine Embassy in Portugal and Solidarity with the Palestinian People and Peace in the Middle East Movement (MPPM) , Almada municipality hosted a photo gallery about Gaza suffering" Gaza 51", which was opened on 3rd October2015 in presence of Joseh Gonsalfish - the vice of the municipality, Fetor Pento- the head of MPPM, Baurno Dyash- the chairman of the Portuguese- Palestinian parliamentary relations, and a number of local heads in the city as well as an enormous number of people.

 

The ambassador explained with details the last war which lasted for 51 days, where the photos can totally express. He found it as a chance to tell the audience what is happening in Jerusalem and the suffering of people on the Palestinian lands, caused by the Israeli Occupation.

 

He added that the worlds silence towards the crimes committed by Israeli against the Palestinians encourages Israeli to break any conventions and set their own country.

 

The ambassador thanked the municipality and the audience for the efforts devoted, calling for guaranteeing protection for the Palestinians.

 

He also praised the great job the Palestinian journalists and cameramen do. Besides, he thanked Press House- Palestine for documenting the war crimes and offering the gorgeous gallery for whom it may concern.

 

Fetor Bento, the president of MPPM asserted on the importance of supporting the Palestinian issue and publishing the crimes committed by Israel.

 

Almada Joseh Gonsalfish, agreed with him, adding that the silence of the international community towards these crimes caused the current conditions of the occupied Palestine.

 

He said that the world has to do something to stop the Israeli violations towards the Palestinians, and enable those people to enjoy their rights of establishing an independent country. The gallery goes on for one month to be moving to others cities in Portugal.
