Gaza, 24/6/2015 --- Press House - Palestine hosted a press conference organized by the Supreme National Committee, the responsible for following up with the International Criminal Tribunal at its main office in Gaza in the occasion of Palestine’s willing to present a complaint to the General Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal Office on Wednesday.
The members of the higher committee talked about following up with the International Criminal Tribunal in a meeting attended by Dr.Ghazy Hamad , Khalil Abu Shammala, Osama Said , and Mohammad ElNahhal.
The member of the committee stated that Palestine will present a notification to the General Prosecutor of the International Criminal Office on Thursday, 25/6/2015 which points out how Palestine is ready to cooperate with the International Criminal Tribunal.
The Committee members said that this reflects the cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal & the obligation of the State of Palestine to protect the sanctity of Palestinian human rights and dignity.
They said that the files are set up with high professionalism and with the participation of different institutions so that each file will contain an introduction that puts the issue in its legal framework.
