Gaza, 25th of December, 2014 --- Press House – Palestine hosted a seminar about “Secularism history and implications”, which was organized by “Vision” team, in the presence of a number of youth and journalists.
The guest of honor Mr. Nehad El-Sheikh Khalil, a history lecturer at the Islamic University of Gaza, discussed with the attendance the foundation of secularism and its bad implications on the Arab and Islamic societies.
The coordinator of the team, Ms. Fatma Diab, said:” the goal of this seminar is to aware youth of the dangers of secularism, in addition to identifying its origins and history.”
She also pointed out that the team intends to organize various events and activities that contribute to raising awareness among the youth about various political issues.
