Press House Hosts a Seminar about Media's Role in Sport Intolerance Elimination

Gaza, 31/12/2017--- Press House-Palestine a media seminar entitled " The Role of Media in Sport Intolerance Elimination", implemented by the Palestinian Journalist Assembly- Sport Committee in cooperation with Challenge Team- UCAF

The Seminar was attended by Ahmad Abu Diab- Head of Sada Al-Malaeb Editor and Head of Sport Department at Al-Aqsa Radio, Khaled Abu Zaher, Head of Awmaj Editor- the journalist Moa'een Hassona and a group of media students and graduates.

Regarding the ways to eliminate the sport intolerance, the journalist Khaled Abu Zaher said that the Arabian societies are interior challenge, where we find ourselves compelled to follow the basics of enhancing dialogue in early stages of life.

In his turn, the journalist Moeen Hassouna stressed on the role of media in eliminating sport intolerance phenomenon through raising the awareness of people towards this issue.

Mohammad Al-Omary explained the reasons of sports intolerance including the over belonging to the team, criticizing the club's situation towards the audience as they are a machine.

On the other hand, Ahmad Bu Diab confirmed that the sport intolerance issue must be tackled positively so we could utilize it the right way.
