Eyes of Hope Team Organizes an Event about Youth Immigration from Gaza

Gaza, 3rd of December, 2014 --- Eyes of hope team organized an event titled “Implications of Youth Immigration on Individuals and Society” in the Press House main office in the Gaza city.

The event included various activities started with poetry (by the poets Jayyab Al-Wheidy, Amal Al-Nmelat, Eman Abu Mleeh, and Hanan Al Ankah), and a play that embodied the reality of immigration and the suffering of the youth in the Gaza Strip.

The media activist “Mohammed Marwan Sharaf” said: “The increasing conflicts between Gaza and West Bank is the reason behind youth immigration from Gaza, where no mutual political future can be predicted.”

He called all the Palestinian parties to unite to help the youth of Gaza to build their country and future.

For his turn, the young activist “Ahmad Gnena” ensured the necessity of providing the basics of a decent life to the Palestinians in Gaza to help them and enhance their existence in their land.

Nasser Abu Foul, the head of the Palestinian Network, said:” What makes youth emigrate from Gaza is the discrimination that takes place against them when it comes to employment and project opportunities.”
