Gaza, 13/10/2014 --- Press House – Palestine hosted a workshop organized by Women’s Affairs Center in cooperation with Creative Woman Association about resisting violence and discrimination against women, as a part of a specialized project implemented in Gaza and West Bank.
Over twenty journalists attended the workshop. Lawyers and specialists talked about the dangerous implications of violence and discrimination against women and its effect on the social fabric.
The attendance asked and discussed with the specialists laws of personal status. Belal Jadallah, the head of Press Hosue, ensured the organization’s interest and sleekness to serve all segments of the society and participate in raising awareness of the dangerous implications of violence and discrimination against women.
Jadallah promised to continue working with all institutions to serve media, human, and national issues.
