Gaza,26/12/2015--- Press House- Palestine hosted on Sunday Art Gallery, organized by the Creative Woman Association in cooperation with UNRWA.
The gallery included art paintings, painted by some Palestinian female- artists, trying to express the violence against women, on the occasion of the international campaign to eliminate the violence against women.
Donya Al-Amal, the head of the association, said that this gallery aims at highlighting the importance of the Palestinian women and their participation.
During her speech, Ismael said that art has a precious message to convey the suffering of women and had various values of burdens and sadness.
She thanked all women who participated in the gallery with paintings that eliminate the violence against women, pointing out that the association will keep implementing such activities like this.
In her turn, Aya Abde-Rahman, one of the participants in the gallery, said that the paintings desperately show the suffering of women and the violations they face.
Aya clarified that painting is a means to deliver a message about the suffering of hers and how much they are in need for freedom.
She praised the efforts the association devoted to support women, adding that coming galleries will be opened by the current month.
