On Thursday, June 22, 2023, Press House – Palestine held a dialogue session on the topic "Increase in Indicators of Media Freedoms Violations..Reasons & Recommendations".
The dialogue session was presented by lawyer Abdullah Sharshara, Coordinator of the Journalists ' Legal Protection Unit of Press House, in the presence and participation of a number of journalists, students and graduates of media colleges in the Gaza Strip.
Sharshara reviewed the number and percentage of violations of media freedoms in Palestine and the indicators and reasons for their increase compared to previous years, whether the violations were committed by Israeli Occupation, internally, or digital rights violations.
The meeting included a number of participations that focused on ways to reduce the high indicators of violations of media freedoms, monitoring mechanisms and the causes of these violations.
