The Secretariat of the students Frames Secretarial confirmed that the departments of the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip, have taken measures to alleviate their financial crisis at the expense of the students.
According to the students Frames, this conference comes in order to convey a message to everyone through media to warn of the dangerous conditions reached by the Palestinian universities, which reflected negatively on students.
In the conference, The Secretariat of the Student Frames stressed the need to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to face the worsening crises in universities, which begins with an emergency meeting of all educational and academic bodies, the private sector and the Ministry of Education to establish a central committee whose task to prepare an immediate plan to solve the problem of universities to juggle urgent budget to prevent the collapse of the educational system and the universities.
She pointed to the change of administrative and financial policies in universities, which prevents the export of the crisis to the Palestinian student, as the university is an intensive expression of the Palestinian political and social complexities, especially in light of the division that led to social conditions and increasing poverty rates, especially among families and graduates. stressing the need to re Consider the policies and standards for assisting students financially by exempting them or reducing their university fees according to the nature of the scientific-based social survey system.
She also stressed the need for the government and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to comply with its financial obligations towards universities, to ensure the stability of the educational process, even if it is forced to stop any policies that can be reflected on the student, as well as giving a chance for the private sector in the development and support of universities by promoting various educational fields.
