Gaza, 21/03/2017--- The European Union, Reporters without Borders and Press House on Tuesday a voluntary day in “ Saraya” arena within “ Palestine is Green” Initiative.
50 volunteers of male and female journalists have participated in the initiative by planting more than 200 tress in Saraya arena and Al-Nasser Street, which are considered the most vital streets in Gaza.
Mr.Belal Jadallah, the Head of Directors, confirmed that this initiative aim at keeping the natural areas green and establishing gardens to be natural place for people, as well as shedding the light on the entertaining places so they would be inviting to people who will visit and keep them in advance.
He noted that Press House always support the media youth and help them through supporting their purposeful initiatives.
Jadallah noted that the Press House, EU and the Reporters without Borders cooperated together to implement this initiative, where stressed on the real partnership to attain the goals of the EU’s initiative “ Palestine is Green”.
