Gaza, 3/9/2016--- University Graduates Association organized "They have a Story" Initiative within Enhancing Law Education Project implemented for the university students, aiming at enable them to access justice at the main office of Press House- Palestine in Gaza city.
Rawan Al-Madhoun, the leader of the initiative, said that this activity came within cooperation between Graduates Association and Hedat Abdel-Sahfei institution, funded by " Equals" affiliated to UNDP .
Al-Madhoun noted that “They have a Story" initiative comes within a workshop entitled " Media Role in Limiting the Violations Against Women
She noted that the initiative targeted a number of graduates of both gender from Law colleges.
Al-Madhoun explained that such violations against women were displayed ,examples of conditions law were presented, and the problems faced by women in courts, as well as the role of media in covering such events was discussed.
She noted that the initiative included an exhibition of photos that document the violations committed by the Israeli occupation, and the violations resulted after the political division will be set very soon.
