Gaza, 5/10/2015 --- The national committee of breast cancer support launched "National Campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness", in cooperation with Press House- Palestine during a conference on Monday at the main place of Press House in Gaza City. Belal Jadallah, the head of directors of Press House" welcomed the guests, the ministry of Health staff, and every single person attending the conference.
Jadallah stressed on the role of media in the Palestinian issues, calling on all the media outlets to pay attention to the campaign which contributes to spreading awareness of breast cancer.
The speakers of the conference emphasized the importance of the early detection of breast cancer, and the explanation the seriousness of this disease in the Palestinian community to devote efforts for ceasing its danger.
Worth mentioning that this campaign was launched with the occasion of " The pinky October month", under a motto of " detection means protection", in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Ahli Arab Hospital, and Basmet Amal association for cancer patients as well as Woman Heath Center- Japalia.
