Gaza, 03/06/2015 --- Press House – Palestine concluded a three-day training course in “Photography Principles” with a total of 15 training hours, and with the participation of 25 media graduates and workers.
The course focused on the basics of photography, types of cameras and lenses, as well as the right use of cameras. The course also covered the subjects of photo composition, press photos, photo angles, and lightness.
The trainer provided detailed explanation of camera’ settings, professional and start-ups photography, and practical training on Gaza’ port.
For her turn, the trainee Bisan Suradi praised the training course, indicating that she has gained good experience during the three days of training. She clarified that the course provided valuable information about photography techniques and settings.
For his turn, the trainee Basel Alsulabi ensured that the subject of training is very important and is an introduction to professional photography.
Alsulabi called Press House to intensify trainings, especially for fresh graduates, and to focus on the practical training on photography.
At the end of training, certificates were distributed among participants.
Worth mentioning that this course came as a part of “Enhancing Freedom of Expression, Democracy, and Independency of Palestinian Journalism” project funded by the Swiss and Norwegian governments, and one of “Capacity Building of Journalists” program’ activities.
