Gaza, 6/5/2015 --- Press House – Palestine hosted a seminar titled “Intellectual Invasion” organized by “Creative Journalist Team”, in presence of a number of graduates and media students at the organization’s main office in Gaza.
The public relations’ director at the ministry of interior in Gaza – anti drug department – Yehia Eldalou attended the seminar to talk about drugs and its risks, the official of Gaza governance Abu Elkareem Hamad talked about youth immigration, and El Sheikh Mohsen Abu Eita from the Ministry of Endowments talked about the high costs of dowries.
The team leader Mohammed Abu Zerr said: “The seminar aims at raising awareness of Palestinian youth of drugs’ dangers, ways of treatment, and reduction.”
He added that the seminar also aims to shed the light on the reasons behind youth immigration from Gaza, as well as the high costs of marriage and its negative implications along with the bad economic conditions, unemployment, and siege imposed on the strip since 8 years.
The seminar included discussions among participants and the guests.
