Gaza, Thursday, June 12 --- Press House – Palestine organized a special meeting with the ambassador of Netherlands in the Palestinian territories "Brigta Tazlar", in the presence of a group of English-speaking journalists and workers in news agencies and media outlets in the organization's main office.
The meeting included asking questions, discussions, and presentation of different points of view about the reality of Palestinian journalism, pending issues after the formation of the consensus government, and the Israeli occupation and the siege imposed on the Gaza strip since 7 years, and the position of the Dutch government toward them.
The journalists asked the ambassador to take an action to allow freedom of movement; as they face difficulties in travel through Gaza's borders, especially from the Israeli side through Beit Hanon border "Eriz".
Tazlar stressed that they support the right of Palestinians to move freely and to allow the free movement of products, rejecting the siege imposed on the Strip, and ensuring their willingness and continuous efforts to push on Israel to end the siege.
