Gaza, Thurs April 3rd --- Press House hosted a workshop held by the young media group "Our Hopes in Our Dreams" for the purpose of (Maintaining the security of information on electronic media sites).
The group hosted the new media director at the ministry of interior in Gaza "Yehia Zein El-Deen"; to address the risks associated with using electronic sites, saying:"There're many reasons that can make you a victim of "Hackers", most importantly ignorance and naivety."
Zeen El-Deen pointed out that there're multiple ways of hacking including sending links, and random messages to users.
He also talked about how users can protect their accounts from hacking: by being aware of the sent links, linking their accounts with the mobile number, and hiding the user's email.
Worth mentioning, Press House – Palestine provides free hosting for all the young media groups; to hold conferences, workshops, and discuss the arising issues; as a part of the organization's role in supporting young journalists and enhancing freedom of expression.
