Gaza – On Monday, July 14, 2025, Press House – Palestine concluded a training course titled “Mobile Journalism”, as part of the "Journalists Training 2025" project funded by UNESCO.
The course was held in Gaza City and was led by journalist and trainer Hazem Abu Hameed. It spanned seven consecutive days, totaling 35 training hours, and targeted 22 male and female journalists.
The training addressed the concept of mobile journalism and its significance in the digital age. It also covered practical skills such as mobile photography, conducting journalistic interviews, report writing, script development, and video editing.
The course aimed to enhance participants' abilities to produce professional media content using smartphones, with a focus on field reporting, filming, and post-production techniques.
By the end of the course, participants successfully produced a number of journalistic pieces, applying the knowledge and skills they had acquired during the training.
