Press House - Gaza
Basmet Amal Center for Cancer Care, in partnership with many institutions in the Gaza Strip, launched the activities of the "Pink October 2022" campaign under the theme "Early Detection.. Hope and life", aligned with World Breast Cancer Day, which is celebrated annually on October 4.
The opening ceremony took place at Press House in Gaza City, with the presence of Basmet Amal Foundation Board Member, Dr. Alaa Matar, Head of Board of Press House, Mr. Bilal Jadallah, The Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Ms. Amani Abu Al-Gambez, The Project Corodinator on behalf of the Association of Culture and Free Thought Ms. Fahima Obaid, Head of Women's Health Department at the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ms. Hala Ayash, Representative of the Ahli Hospital, Mr. Mohammed al-Naqa, and a number of attendees, many survivors and patients suffering from cancer.
