Gaza – Press House
On Thursday, March 10, 2022, Press House - Palestine (BAS) concluded the first training course on the topic of "Journalistic Editing" within comprehensive journalistic program, a number of 15 graduates from media colleges (women & men) participated in this course, which funded by the Swiss & Norwegian Governments.
This course was held in Gaza City, for 5 days from 06 to 10 March 2022, Mr. Hasan Jaber, "journalist and trainer of the course", reviewed his journalistic experience and explained the arts of journalistic editing as writing news, placing suitable topics for news according to its importance, how to employ events in writing news through the right way, the training aimed to improve trainee's skills and discovering strengths and weaknesses in editing the news.
The course included theoretical and practical sides, so all trainees were able to prepare and write journalistic report, after conducting external interviews selected in coordination with the trainer.
