On Thursday, 27th of June 2019, the Press House-Palestine, concluded the second training course of the Comprehensive Journalist Program, which targeted 15 of male and female graduates of media colleges in the Gaza Strip.
The training course which was lectured by the Journalist Mr. Numaan Eshteiwi, on the field of " Photography”, had lasted for 5 days from 23 to 27 June 2019.
The trainer explained the types and forms of cameras and how to use and filter images by using Photoshop, he also turned to the practical aspect to learn how to use the photographic cameras and take pictures and display it the right way, and how to differentiate between photojournalism and the other types of photography.
On the fourth day, the trainees participated in the field training in covering the Palestinian activities field in Gaza City, as part of a practical training to take pictures and experience the field of photojournalism.

The course included the theoretical and the practical aspects, where each trainee was able to prepare materials and put forward ideas for external visual stories, chosen in coordination with the trainer.
The comprehensive Journalist program is part of “Towards an Independent Media Platform for Capacity building, Awareness, and Involvement of Journalists” Project, funded by the Norwegian and Swiss governments.
