Press house – Palestine, Sunday 15/4/2018, implemented a training day in cooperation with the ministry of health (MOH), targeted 40 journalists in the media department , on " Social Media Tools in Public Media Work".The 5-hour training day was led by Mr. Khaled Safi, expert in social media.
Mr. Belal Jadallah, the Chairman of Press House, and Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra, Head of Public Relation Unit in Ministry of Health, opened the meeting. Mr. Jadallah stressed on the importance of social media specifically in delivering purposeful messages to the community.
In his turn, Dr. Ashraf praised the efforts of Press House and thanked the implementers of the training for responding to the needs of such workers of public relation workers of the Ministry of Health .
The training day covered important topics including utilizing social media tools in media and public relation workers, how to use social media professionally and independently so that the community gets their right to information in a professional manner, and mechanisms of using "LIVE".
He also explained the mechanisms of Algorithms and widely accessing people techniques.
At the end of the training, the trainees praised the efforts devoted by the Press House in making this activity successful, where they also expressed their satisfaction on the training.
