The Press House concludes a training course on the management of the social media campaigns

The Press House-Palestine concluded a training course on the management of the social media campaigns, which lasted for 5 days ( 21-25 April 2019), and targeted 16 of female and male trainees who graduated from media and press schools from the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip, besides the attendance of a number of social media activists.

The training course was presented by the trainer, Mr. Sultan Naser, Social Media Expert, who briefed the attendees on the mechanism and methods of campaign management on the social media network, the characteristics of each network, how to employ the traditional media in the media campaign, as well as mechanism of defining the target audience and the phases of networking and advocacy through the social media.

The course included a practical aspect, where each trainee was able to create a visual content and informative “Info Media”, through using applications on smart phones.

It's important to mention, that this course came within the Project of “Towards Independent Media Platform for Capacity building, Awareness, and Involvement of Journalists”, which was funded by the Norwegian and the Swiss government.
