Gaza, 25/02/2017--- The National Center for Rehabilitation organized on Thursday the second activity of “ From a Sibling to another Sibling” project, in partnership with Educaid Organization, funded by the Italian Cooperation Agency For Development, at the headquarter of the Press House-Palestine.
Hussain Abu Mansour, the head of “ Support Peers” Project, said that completing the project was due to the positive results that have been seen through the last year project, which was entitled “ Peers Flexibility”
Abu Mansour clarified that the project aims at supporting women and people with disabilities psychology and integrate them in Education, as well as improve their situations and keep their rights.
He explained that the last year project was in partnership with 12 organizations in the field of rehabilitation and people with disabilities, where 12 female and male counselors were nominated, trained and rehabilitated to work in the current project. He added that the complete project is managed by people with disabilities.
