Gaza, 24/08/2016 --- In cooperation with Pres House and Palestinian Institute For Communication& Development, High commissioner of Human Rights concluded a training workshop about " Human Rights& Social Media".
The two-day workshop started on 23rd August in a total of 6 hours, targeting 25 trainees of both gender about the international humanitarian Law and the civilian and political rights.
The workshop was led by Baula Smith, Director's office of High commissioner of Human Rights, and the human right officials; Saber Al-Nairab, Tareq Mkhemar, and Ra'afat Sad Al-Laban.
The course tackled many aspects; economic, social and international humanitarian law connection with human right law. Besides, it included case studies about writing reports, social media, human rights, officially social media use. At the end of the workshop, certificates were distributed among the participants.
