Gaza – Press House
On Monday, March 15, 2021, Press House – Palestine (BAS) and the Media Faculty at Al-Aqsa University signed a joint memorandum of understanding in the Gaza Strip.
The memorandum of understanding included an agreement providing for a joint cooperation program between Press House and Media Faculty at Al-Aqsa University based on mutual trust, sustainability, and serving the public interest by raising the level of Media Faculty students’ awareness and experiences at Al-Aqsa University.
It is noteworthy that Press House - Palestine is an independent, non-profit Palestinian media organization that deals with media issues, freedom of opinion and expression, and support for independent media.
Al-Aqsa University is scientifically and academically independent governmental institution supervised by an independent board of trustees that decides its policies, bears its responsibilities, and aims to spread knowledge, deepen its roots, serve and develop the Palestinian community within the framework of a philosophy based on national concepts and the heritage of Arab and Islamic civilization.
It is worth mentioning that Press House and Media Faculty at Al-Aqsa University intersect at two points; both of them have the same objectives and the same target group as well.
