Press House hosts a workshop for a group of activists for prisoners

On Monday, 9th of Dec.2019, the Press House - Palestine hosted a workshop organized by a group of activists for prisoners, on the role of activists in moving the issue of prisoners.

The workshop was attended by liberated prisoners, activists, male and female students and from Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The Journalist Hassan Jaber hosted the freed prisoner Fatma Al-Zaq, and Jamal Ferwana, A Prisoners Committee member in the National and Islamic Forces.

The speakers unanimously agreed on the importance of the role of the media and various media means in supporting the issue of the Palestinian prisoners and how to convey a real professional picture to the outside world.

They also discussed the importance of finding effective and appropriate ways to shed light on the issue of the Palestinian prisoners and explain their suffering professionally and independently and to convey the true picture to the outside world.

The workshop included questions and inquiries by the attendees, who stressed in their interventions the importance of the media in advocating the issue of the Palestinian prisoners and focusing on the human rights in particular.
