Press House concludes a training course on the topic of "Digital Media Skills"

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, Press House – Palestine (BAS) concluded a training course on the topic of "Digital Media Skills", as part of “Strengthening Free & Independent Media in Palestine” project activities funded by the Norwegian and the Swiss Governments.

The training course was held in the Gaza Strip, with consideration of high prevention measures to prevent the outbreak of COVID 19, with participation of Mr. Osama Abu Hassan, engineer and digital media specialist, targeted 15 trainees as ‎media ‎colleges graduates in the Gaza Strip.‎

Abu Hassan presented points of the course, which aims to improve skills and tools used by trainees (women and men) in digital media, websites and social media, also empowering them to know more about statistical tools and examine the electronic information.

During the training, special blogs for trainees were created and the trainees published articles on them, according to search engines optimization (SEO)

At the end of training course, certificates were distributed among the trainees and project team honored the trainees who won the top three places.

The first place: Aya Ikki.

The second place: Wiam Abu Al Atta.

The third place: Zahra Al Aklouk.

"The trainees (women and men) have produced media materials which published on their created blogs and managed by them.

Also, these media and online materials come within the framework of digital media skills course which implemented by Press House".
