The Press House conducts personal interviews for the applicants of new project in Gaza

On Saturday, 26 June 2019, The Press House – Palestine conducted personal interviews for the applicants to the project of “Fostering Social Inclusion and Gender Equality within Palestinian Society tackling gender stereotypes”, which is implemented by the Press House in partnership with the Palestinian Association for Empowerment and local Development (REFORM), and funded by the Italian Foundation (GVC).

The various project activities are scheduled for implementation in June and October 2019 in the Gaza Strip.

It’s noteworthy that the main objective of this project is challenging discriminatory practices and behaviors that contribute to the promotion of gender inequality. The project forms a wide variety of training courses in Gender and Community Transformation In addition to open dialogues and media campaigns, the project will focus on empowering participants with modern media documentation methods and providing a safe media platform for them to review their stories and experiences and convey them to the local community.
