On Sunday, December 30, 2018, Press House – Palestine hosted a press conference organized by the International Commission for Supporting Palestinian Human Rights on the situation of human rights in Palestine.
The International Commission (ICSPR) described the year of 2018 as the worst year in the level of violating the rights of the Palestinian people.
The Commission called on the international community to carry out its responsibilities to implement its resolutions guaranteeing the Palestinian people right to self-determination, including resolutions that affirm the illegality of occupation and settlement.
The Comission called on the League of Arab States and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to turn the resolutions of the Arab and Islamic summits into practical measures to protect Palestinian rights and support their struggle.
During the conference, ICSPR called on the institutions of the presidency and the government to take advantage of the Egyptian efforts and take clear decisions to stop the collective actionas on Gaza Strip.
At the end of the conference, ICPSR encouraged the forces and components of the Palestinian people to move and act immediately to protect their public interest and to fight any attempt of separation .
